New patient appointments without insurance are $95 which includes a consultation, examination, treatment, and personalized treatment plan. Each treatment following without insurance is $55 per visit. We accept most Regence plans, Pre-Authorized TriWest, and (in network) United Healthcare.
We accept Medicare patients at our $55 time-of-service fee, which will then be partially reimbursed to you by Medicare.
We accept patients that have been in an auto-accident, a personal injury, or workman’s comp.
Sports physicals offered by appointment (approximately a 30 minute exam).
